Deadlock and the Failures Near It
Four conditions, three failure names, and the ordering rule that removes one of them.
Deadlock has a reputation for being mysterious and is the opposite: it needs four conditions to hold at once, and removing any one of them removes it. The other two failures here look identical from outside and need different fixes, so they are on the same card to be told apart.
